  150. the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to the best of

  172. following may distribute the evaluation version of TANLY32.
  173. completely unaltered, without further permission;

  175.    o  Individual users (for non-commercial use).

  177.    o  ASP vendors in good standing.

  179. For all other cases or to distribute in modified form, you must
  180. satisfy all of the distribution requirements expressed by the

  183.    o  The TANLY32 package is defined as containing all the material
  184.       listed in README.TXT.If any of the files listed in README.TXT
  185.       are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution
